HomePath Financing - What an Opportunity!

Fannie Mae (FMAE) offers HomePath Financing on several of their foreclosed properties.  This is a wonderful program that trumps FHA financing!  If a buyer qualifies, the program offers a minimum of 3% down payment, no appraisal fee, and no PMI!  This amounts to huge savings for the buyer.  And if that was not enough, HomePath financing is also extended to investors.  This means as a investor you can purchase a FMAE foreclosure with only 3% down!
