Edge Real Estate Group was founded in 2008 by Mary Schwarz to help home buyers, sellers, and property owners navigate real estate with clarity and confidence. What started as a small, relationship-focused brokerage has grown into a trusted family-run business.

Today, the company is operated by Brendan and Kristin Schwarz, who manage day-to-day operations and client support. Mary remains the primary broker, bringing nearly two decades of experience and oversight to every transaction.

From buying and selling homes to supporting property owners, Edge Real Estate Group is committed to clear communication, dependable service, and long-term relationships.

Mary Schwarz

Founder & Managing Broker

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Mary is the foundation of Edge Real Estate Group. As our primary broker, she brings deep market knowledge, steady leadership, and a true passion for helping clients navigate buying, selling, and investing with confidence.

When she’s not selling properties, you can find her enjoying a good Lifetime movie, sipping a Diet Pepsi, and doing what she does best — making real estate feel manageable and human.

Kristin Schwarz

Operations Manager

With a strong background in operations, Kristin keeps Edge Real Estate Group running smoothly day to day. She focuses on streamlining systems, supporting the team, and making sure clients experience clear communication and organized execution throughout every step of the process.

When she’s not keeping the business on track, you can find her planning an over-the-top themed party, skiing or scuba diving, and keeping up with life as a mom to two humans and two dogs.

Brendan Schwarz

Real Estate Agent

Brendan works directly with buyers and sellers, tailoring his approach to meet each client where they are. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or seasoned buyers and sellers, he focuses on clear communication and making the real estate process feel approachable and manageable.

When he’s not working with clients, he’s a dad to two and can usually be found on the golf course pursuing his aspiring PGA career, fueled by equal parts optimism and coffee.

Real Estate Agent

Chuck brings experience, energy, and a competitive edge to the Edge Real Estate Group team. As a licensed real estate agent, he enjoys helping clients navigate the market with confidence and ease.

When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find him on the pickleball court or the golf course. He also proudly holds the title of self-proclaimed Employee of the Month for 36 months running (a title no one has officially challenged yet).
